Established in 1995, Charlie’s has grown from a much-loved local shop selling home-baked cookies to an innovative producer of seriously delicious gourmet treats – both for the food service industry and for consumers to take home and enjoy.
They’re committed to making sure their cookies are the freshest and tastiest every time, so they use only premium ingredients from ingredient suppliers who care about food as much as they do. Everything at Charlie’s is made from scratch recipes. They are BRC certified and proud to be a 100% Australian made and owned food company.
Each year they donate at least $50,000 worth of cookies to community groups, fundraising events and other Australian and indigenous initiatives looking for support and exposure.
