L'Abruzzese is a premium Artisan pasta made in Australia, extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperatures. We use traditional methods and a slow and gradual drying process.
All our pasta use only the finest Australian ingredients, including farm Free Range eggs, purified water and top quality Australian durum Semolina from Australian wheat producers like Kialla, Laucke, and Wholegrain Milling. Australian Durum Semolina is recognised worldwide as one of the best, with more flavour, more nutrition, high in protein and better texture.
