A unique and original way to continue the old European tradition of colored eggs at Easter time. Real egg shells are emptied and twice sterilized to meet FDA and USDA standards. They are filled with a blend of the highest quality milk, dark and hazelnut chocolate to create a delicious truffle. The shells are then decorated in a variety of vibrant colors and patterns.
Gut Springenheide is a traditional German family business which dates back six generations to 1844, owned and operated by Rudolf Tusky and his family. To serve, just chill for 15 minutes then crack open and enjoy the rich chocolate truffle.
