In bringing up our own family we firmly believed that 'good food promotes good health', so we took great care in preparing our own snacks and treats. When this way of life turned into a business, we applied that same simple rule to all our delicious products - whether they be VEGAN , GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, or not. "You might think a health conscious bakery somewhat oxymoronic, but that’s exactly what the Lawless family offer. A dairy farm turned bakery, they have a dedicated gluten free facility where they produce coeliac friendly treats and have won many awards for their produce over the years. Plus the setting is pretty darn picturesque".
