The inspiration comes from Antoine’s family’s authentic recipe traditions which they have sold at the Sanary Farmers Market in the South of FRANCE since 1989.
Antoine uses quality ingredients that are as local (as possible) to create authentic French recipes, in their kitchen in Byron Bay. They have sourced the best quality Organic and spray free olives with 2 of their best selling varieties from Australian farmers.
The mixed organic are harvested from certified organic farms in NSW and combined with local herbs and spices. The imported olives are combined with locally grown preserved lemons, rosemary and thyme.
The Olive oils are cold pressed from gold award winning organic Australian olives.
